We got married one month ago at Two Bunch Palms in Desert Hot Springs, California and it was nothing short of perfection. I took my time writing this, letting the sweetness of the honeymoon kick in and experience a sort of emotional washing I needed while we relished in having nothing to do, nothing big to plan, nowhere to be, and the rare opportunity to let day to day living soak in. We’re in New York for a few days mostly for work. I’ve been feeling perplexed about writing and publishing this piece as everyday the news cycle throws a new curve into darkness. The world is still gaining in uncertainty but hopefully this insight of love and light can offer some solace.
